We encourage you to try our Euro size according to your regular US size. 

Keep in mind, we build our shoes on a European last which is considered wide (C-D width) compared to US normal widths.

How do I pick the right size?

Restock dates vary by style and season. 

While a specific date is not always available, you can add yourself to an email list for the style-color-size you are interested in.

To do this, click the “In Stock Reminder” tab on the right-hand side of any product page next to the scrollbar.
If you are on a mobile phone, the “In Stock Reminder” tab will be displayed as an envelope icon in the same location.

When do you restock styles?

Good question! 

Once your order has been placed, our processing time for orders can be up to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

What is your shipping policy?

At Spring Step Shoes we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 

Please try your new shoes on a clean indoor surface and make sure they fit before wearing them outside. 

If you are not happy with your purchase, please return the item to us within 30 days in its original, unworn condition for a refund to the original payment method.
If you choose to return for a refund and use our prepaid return label, there will be a $7.00 deduction from your refund once your return is processed.

What's your return policy?

To get the return process started visit our return portal here. Since you also want to exchange items on your order, follow the steps to select the exchange option when generating your return request. All return requests with an exchange will earn a complimentary return label.
If you had a promo code on your order, the discount will carry over to the exchange. 
If you place your exchange for an item of a higher value, you will pay the difference while creating the return request. 
Once the returned item is received, your exchange will be approved, and shipped.
